2 Registration Procedures£º
First, fill the Registration Chart. Then, remit the registration fee and also fax the bank copy to the secretariat in 7 working days after registration. The secretariat will fax the registration confirmation to you in 24 hours after receiving the money remittance.

2 Instructions about the Exhibition
a)The booth of partition walls on two sides needs to pay another USD70.
b)Standard booth provides one table, two chairs, two spotlights and socket with 220V and 50A.
c)Exhibitors can only display or advertise the products registered in the application form during the exhibition period. If the products displayed in the exhibition are not those registered in the application form, the Conference Organizer has rights to repeal the exhibitor¡¯s qualification.
d)Exhibitors can not evacuate the booth or rent it to others without authorization during the exhibition period.
e)The booth will be distributed by the Conference secretariat based on the exhibitor¡¯s registered area size and registration sequence. (The Conference secretariat can make some necessary adjustment in order to ensure the overall influence and reasonability of the exhibition display.)
f)Each booth is not allowed to be shared by two units.
g)Transportation of exhibition products and procedures of passing the customhouse will be conducted by an agent company appointed by the Conference Secretariat.
h)If the rest registration fee is not paid as schedule, the ordered booth will not be reserved and there will be no refunds for the money already paid.
i) Special booth and indoor floor space do not include place administration fee and fee of making contact to electricity
j) If meeting irresistible forces, the Conference secretariat has rights to cancel the Exhibition or change the exhibition time and place.
3 Procedures of applying for the Exhibition
a Fill in <<application form for the exhibition>> in detail and fax it to the Conference Organizer.
b The Conference Organizer officially sign the Contract of attending the Exhibition with applied units.
c Applied units must remit money and fax the bank copy to the Conference Secretarial in 7 working days after submitting the <<application form for the exhibition>>. The Conference Secretarial will fax back the registration confirmation in 24 hours after receiving the money remittance.

Cancellation Policy:
1 If any delegate who has already registered and paid can not attend the Conference, it must inform the Conference Secretariat in advance in written form by letters or faxes.
2 All the refunds will be conducted after the Conference.
3 There will be full refunds if the travel is cancelled by the organizer.

(1) Passport, Visa
Any foreign visitors entering China must have a valid passport and there may be cases that a valid visa may be required. Delegates are advised to contact local Chinese Embassies or Consulates about the necessity for obtaining such a visa. We hope the delegate who wants an invitation letter for visa to send the following information to the Conference Secretariat by e-mail (zhangbin@meetingec.com or jessie@meetingec.com) no later than August 20th, 2007.

(2) Weather
The weather in Beijing in the middle of October is cool and temperature during the day ranges from 10¡æ to 20¡æ.
(3) Currency and Credit Cards
The unit of currency in China is YUAN. The exchange rate is approximately7.87YUAN to US¡ç1 as of November 2006. Currency exchange offices are located at the local banks, airport and hotels.
US dollars and credit cards are also acceptable in many hotels. Please note that most restaurants and shops accept only Chinese Currency for a small amount of payment.
(4) Business Hours
Most offices are open from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday. Banks are open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm all the week.
(5) Electricity
220Volt only is available at the meeting place. A round or square two-pin plug is used.
